Privacy Policy
We aim to process the minimum operational data needed to deliver account access and package functionality.
This page describes the privacy approach for the AI NewsPilot Pro web experience. It is written to explain what operational data is used, why it is used, and how users can contact support about privacy-related requests.
What we process
- Account data such as email address, password hash, customer code, and account status.
- Order and package data such as selected product, order number, activation status, balances, and related access history.
- Password recovery data such as reset requests, reset tokens or token hashes, and recovery-related timestamps.
- Operational support data necessary to respond to user questions or service issues.
What we use it for
- Creating and securing user access.
- Activating purchased packages and maintaining package balances.
- Sending order, account, activation, and password-recovery emails.
- Supporting normal operation, fraud prevention, and account recovery.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share account or order data with unrelated third parties for advertising purposes.
- We do not treat newsroom text as a product for resale.
Service providers
Limited operational data may be processed by service providers strictly needed to run the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, payment handling, or app-store distribution where relevant. Those services are used to operate the product, not to sell your personal information.
Password recovery
If you request password recovery, the system may process recovery-related email and token data so you can regain access securely. This is one of the few cases where additional temporary security data is created specifically to restore account access.
