We aim to process the minimum operational data needed to provide AI NewsPilot services and requested newsroom functionality.

What we process

• Account data such as email address, password hash, customer code, and account status.
• Order and package data such as selected product, order number, activation status, balances, and related access history.
• Password recovery data such as reset requests, reset tokens or token hashes, and recovery-related timestamps.
• Operational support data necessary to respond to user questions or service issues.
• Newsroom, editorial, transcription, translation, or other content that users voluntarily submit when requesting AI NewsPilot services.

AI NewsPilot ChatGPT Plugin data

When AI NewsPilot is used through ChatGPT, the Plugin may process information that the user chooses to provide for a requested newsroom, editorial, or translation task.

• Source text, press releases, notes, interview text, background material, or other newsroom content supplied by the user.
• 5W1H information, including who, what, when, where, why, and how.
• Author or reporter name and author location when voluntarily provided.
• Requested news style, tone, output length, or target word count.
• Requested output language or translation instructions.
• Information indicating whether voice or video material is available when relevant to the requested workflow.
• Other instructions or information intentionally submitted by the user for the requested task.

Plugin outputs may include headlines, subheadlines, spots, keylines, article body text, translations, editorial notes, and quotations derived from supplied source material when supported by that source material.

What we use it for

• Creating and securing user access.
• Activating purchased packages and maintaining package balances.
• Sending order, account, activation, and password-recovery emails.
• Supporting normal operation, fraud prevention, security, and account recovery.
• Generating or structuring newsroom content requested by the user.
• Processing supplied source material into requested editorial formats.
• Translating content into a language requested by the user.
• Applying requested style, tone, length, and newsroom formatting preferences.
• Diagnosing technical problems and providing operational support.

ChatGPT Plugin processing

When the AI NewsPilot ChatGPT Plugin is used, relevant tool inputs are transmitted from ChatGPT to the AI NewsPilot MCP service operated by MoreMor LLC. Information needed to complete the requested AI-powered task may then be processed using OpenAI services. The generated result is returned through the AI NewsPilot MCP service to ChatGPT.

The ChatGPT Plugin does not require users to provide their own OpenAI API key. Any OpenAI service credential used by the Plugin is managed on the service side and is not requested from or exposed to the user.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not share account or order data with unrelated third parties for advertising purposes.
• We do not sell newsroom source text or generated newsroom content.
• We do not treat newsroom text as a product for resale.
• We do not require ChatGPT Plugin users to provide their personal OpenAI API key.

Service providers and recipients

Limited operational data may be processed by service providers strictly needed to run AI NewsPilot services. The specific providers involved depend on the feature being used.

• OpenAI: may process text, source material, instructions, and related inputs necessary to perform requested AI generation, newsroom, or translation functions, including supported functions requested through the ChatGPT Plugin.
• Cloudflare: provides infrastructure used to host and operate the AI NewsPilot MCP service and may process network, security, and request data necessary to deliver and protect that service.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: may process operational information required to host AI NewsPilot Pro websites, applications, databases, and supporting systems.
• Email delivery providers: may process email addresses and message-related information required for account, activation, transaction, recovery, or support communications.
• Payment or Merchant of Record providers: may process transaction and payment information when users purchase packages or services outside the ChatGPT Plugin.
• App-store or distribution providers: may process information associated with downloading, purchasing, or using AI NewsPilot applications where applicable.

These service providers are used to operate, secure, deliver, or support AI NewsPilot services. They are not used by MoreMor LLC to sell personal information or newsroom content for advertising purposes.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, subject to applicable legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, and operational requirements.

• Account and package information may be retained while an account or related service relationship remains active and afterwards where reasonably necessary for account administration, transaction records, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
• Order and payment-related records may be retained as necessary for accounting, tax, transaction, chargeback, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations.
• Password reset tokens or equivalent temporary recovery credentials are retained only until they are used, expire, or are invalidated.
• Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and maintain appropriate service or compliance records.
• The current AI NewsPilot ChatGPT Plugin does not intentionally store submitted newsroom source text or generated newsroom output in a persistent AI NewsPilot Worker database as part of the normal MCP generation request. The information is processed to complete the requested operation and return the result.

Infrastructure and AI service providers may independently retain limited request, security, abuse-prevention, or service information according to their own applicable policies, contractual terms, and service configurations.

User controls

Users control the newsroom information they choose to submit to AI NewsPilot and should provide only information necessary for the requested task.

• Optional information such as author name, author location, or additional source material does not need to be provided unless required for the user's requested output.
• Users may choose not to submit confidential, sensitive, personal, or unpublished information that is not necessary for the requested task.
• Users may contact MoreMor LLC to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by MoreMor LLC, subject to applicable legal, security, transaction, and operational retention requirements.
• Users may contact us with questions about information processed through AI NewsPilot services.
• Controls relating to ChatGPT conversations, ChatGPT account information, and information retained by OpenAI are managed through the applicable OpenAI product settings and policies.

Password recovery

If you request password recovery, the system may process recovery-related email and token data so you can regain access securely. This is one of the few cases where additional temporary security data is created specifically to restore account access.

Security and operational processing

Limited technical or operational information may be processed where reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect systems, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain service security. Users should avoid submitting information that is not necessary for the requested service.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when AI NewsPilot features, service providers, data flows, legal requirements, or product integrations change. The version published at this URL represents the current Privacy Policy for the services described on this page.
