Terms for using AI NewsPilot Pro digital news and transcription services.

1. Service provider

AI NewsPilot Pro is operated under the responsibility of MoreMor LLC, a United States-based company. The platform provides digital software services for AI-assisted news generation, editorial structuring, rewriting, summarization, translation, grammar improvement, and speech-to-text transcription workflows. AI NewsPilot may also provide supported newsroom and language functions through its ChatGPT Plugin and MCP service.

2. Eligibility and account access

Users of AI NewsPilot Pro web or app services must provide accurate account, email, billing, and access information where those services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, payment misuse, or serious violation of these terms.

The AI NewsPilot ChatGPT Plugin does not require users to create a separate AI NewsPilot Pro account or provide their own OpenAI API key for the Plugin's supported ChatGPT functions. Access to ChatGPT itself remains subject to the applicable OpenAI account and product terms.

3. Digital usage packages and ChatGPT Plugin usage

AI NewsPilot Pro may offer one-time digital usage packages, including news generation credit packages and speech-to-text transcription minute packages. Purchased balances are delivered digitally through the user account after payment confirmation.

• News credits are used for AI-assisted news generation and related editorial output in AI NewsPilot Pro services where package-based access applies.
• STT minutes are used for speech-to-text transcription and related transcript handling.
• Package balances are not physical goods and are delivered electronically.
• Package availability, pricing, limits, and included features may change over time.
• The ChatGPT Plugin is separate from paid AI NewsPilot Pro web and app usage packages unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The ChatGPT Plugin may apply usage limits to protect service availability and control processing costs. The currently configured newsroom-generation allowance is up to five news-package generations within a 24-hour period, subject to technical availability and future service updates.

4. User responsibility for content

AI NewsPilot Pro is a professional editorial assistance tool. Users remain responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, approving, and publishing any generated, translated, summarized, rewritten, or transcribed material. The platform does not guarantee factual accuracy, legal suitability, publication acceptance, journalistic correctness, or editorial approval by any third party.

Users are responsible for ensuring that source material, text, documents, instructions, names, quotations, or other content they submit may lawfully be processed for the requested purpose.

5. No professional legal, financial, or editorial guarantee

AI NewsPilot Pro may help structure, rewrite, summarize, transcribe, translate, or improve text. However, users must independently verify names, dates, numbers, claims, quotes, source material, context, attribution, copyright considerations, and legal risks before publication or professional use.

AI-generated outputs should be treated as editorial assistance rather than as an independently verified news source.

6. AI processing and third-party technology

AI NewsPilot Pro may use third-party AI infrastructure and related service providers to process text, transcription, translation, grammar improvement, newsroom generation, and other requested operations. Processing may depend on network availability, third-party API availability, model availability, account limits, usage limits, and technical conditions outside our direct control.

For supported ChatGPT Plugin functions, relevant user-provided newsroom inputs may be transmitted through the AI NewsPilot MCP service and processed using OpenAI services in order to perform the requested generation, structuring, or translation task. Infrastructure services such as Cloudflare may be used to operate and secure the MCP service.

The AI NewsPilot ChatGPT Plugin does not ask users to enter a personal OpenAI API key. Any OpenAI credential required by the Plugin's server-side operation is managed by the service and is not displayed to or requested from Plugin users.

7. Multilingual generation and translation

AI NewsPilot may support multilingual newsroom generation, translation, rewriting, and editorial processing in languages supported by the underlying AI services. Language availability and output quality may vary depending on the requested language, source material, model capability, technical conditions, and the complexity of the task.

Users remain responsible for reviewing translated or multilingual content before publication, especially names, quotations, legal terminology, technical terminology, dates, numbers, and culturally or contextually sensitive wording.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AI NewsPilot Pro or the AI NewsPilot ChatGPT Plugin for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or unauthorized purposes. You must not attempt to bypass package or Plugin usage limits, abuse trial or usage systems, overload the platform, interfere with security features, reverse engineer protected service components, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

9. Payments

Payments for AI NewsPilot Pro web or app products may be processed through secure third-party payment platforms or Merchant of Record providers. AI NewsPilot Pro and MoreMor LLC do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, bank account numbers, or complete payment credentials on this website.

The AI NewsPilot ChatGPT Plugin does not itself require the purchase of an AI NewsPilot Pro package unless a future Plugin feature or service offering expressly states otherwise.

10. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests for paid AI NewsPilot Pro products are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Usage of credits, transcription minutes, account access, digital processing, payment processing costs, platform fees, or other consumed services may affect refund eligibility.

ChatGPT subscription, billing, or refund matters that are charged directly by OpenAI are governed by the applicable OpenAI terms and are not processed by MoreMor LLC.

11. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be affected by maintenance, hosting providers, third-party APIs, AI model availability, internet issues, payment providers, security controls, browser compatibility, ChatGPT availability, MCP connectivity, usage limits, or other technical factors.

12. Changes to service, packages, and Plugin functionality

We may update, modify, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, packages, prices, AI models, usage rules, Plugin functions, MCP tools, or technical systems where necessary for security, compliance, cost control, reliability, platform requirements, or product development.

Material changes to functionality may also require updates to the applicable product configuration, documentation, privacy disclosures, or third-party platform review.

13. Intellectual property

AI NewsPilot Pro, AI NewsPilot branding, interface, software structure, MCP implementation, documentation, and related materials are owned or controlled by MoreMor LLC unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or misuse the service or its protected components without permission.

These terms do not transfer ownership of user-provided source material to MoreMor LLC. Users remain responsible for having the rights necessary to submit and use their source material.

14. Generated content and source verification

AI NewsPilot is designed to assist with professional newsroom workflows, but generated output may contain errors, omissions, unsuitable wording, inaccurate interpretation, or other defects. Users must review outputs against the original source material before publication.

Where direct quotations are used, users should verify wording and attribution against the supplied or original source. AI NewsPilot should not be treated as an independent substitute for primary-source verification, editorial judgment, or professional fact-checking.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MoreMor LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profit, publication loss, editorial rejection, reputational harm, data loss, inaccurate AI output, translation error, third-party service interruption, or inability to access an external platform or AI service.

16. Termination or suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if an account or service user violates these terms, attempts unauthorized access, abuses packages or Plugin usage limits, commits payment fraud, initiates abusive disputes, interferes with service operation, or creates operational, legal, security, or compliance risk.

17. Privacy and submitted information

Information submitted to AI NewsPilot is processed according to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information processed through AI NewsPilot Pro and the ChatGPT Plugin, purposes of processing, service providers and recipients, retention practices, and user controls.

Users should avoid submitting confidential, sensitive, personal, or unpublished information that is not necessary for the requested newsroom or language task.

18. Third-party platforms

Some AI NewsPilot functions depend on third-party platforms or infrastructure, including AI, hosting, distribution, payment, email, or ChatGPT services. Use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, technical rules, and availability.

MoreMor LLC does not control third-party account decisions, platform availability, independent retention practices, or changes made by external service providers.
